This work based qualification caters for the wide range and diversity of job roles in the sector and aims to develop the skills, knowledge and overall performance of those working in the retail industry. It provides a first insight into the principles and processes of retail and will aid career progression. In addition to the main qualification individuals will do key skills in AON and Comms at level 1 plus a technical certificate.
