Working as a chef can be creative, challenging and very rewarding. This course has been developed to enable you to gain a broad range of skills to equip you for working in a professional kitchen. There are three restaurants in College all serving members of the public, staff and students. You will work in our Options Cafe developing your skills in the kitchen and basic knowledge of food service. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS PART OF A PROGRAMME WHICH RUNS FROM SEPTEMBER 2012 - JUNE 2013
