This graduate certificate program is designed to provide hands-on training to students to enable them to apply and integrate the principles of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to all aspects of a construction project for any organization involved in procurement, design, construction, and operation. Successful students will be able to deploy BIM applications in integrated project delivery from project conceptualization, design and construction to facilities management.

Upon graduation, students will be able to practice in an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) environment as Project Model Managers, BIM Coordinators, BIM Construction Officers, BIM Project Managers and Energy Modelers.
