This course aims to give students the knowledge and skills necessary for careers in a wide range of areas within the private and public sectors. It adopts a problem-focused approach that helps students develop important problem-solving and decision-making skills relevant to any business. Depending on campus, majors include business economics, financial planning, financial management, human resource (HR) management, international business, international management, macroeconomics, management, management information systems, marketing, and sustainable resource management. The flexible program includes an exit point at Diploma level for domestic students only (see Diploma in Business).

Graduates can expect to work with professional sporting teams and elite athletes, community sport leagues, state and national sports governing bodies, player management agencies, sport administration, sponsorship and marketing, apparel and merchandising companies, health and fitness centres, sporting events and venues and local government bodies. You'll graduate with practical skills, a global perspective and a detailed understanding of complex business environments and how they affect each other.
