This certificate is designed to focus on the vital role that human resource management (HRM) plays in the design and functioning of organisations. Learn the practical skills you need to succeed in HRM In this course, you'll learn about employment policies, legal and environmental regulations and organisational design. You'll also become familiar with interviewing and hiring processes, job assessment including rewards and recognition, pay and benefits. You'll study HRM Perspectives and HRM Law, and specialise in one of these five units: Acquisition of Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour and Management, Managing, Evaluating and Developing Human Resources, Managing Remuneration, Benefits and Motivation, or Occupational Health and Safety Law. This HRM Graduate certificate, containing the basic first three units (or 12 credit points) of HRM, offers a pathway to our other Graduate HR courses. This means that you can use it as a stand alone qualification or as a first step towards a postgraduate diploma in HRM or even a Master in HRM.
