This programme is aimed at middle managers or those who are preparing for middle management positions. The diplomas allow choices in a wide range of units drawn from sub-fields such as accounting, marketing, human resources, first line management, quality, communications, organisational strategy and business relationships. These qualifications provide students with base knowledge and the skills and techniques in the various management disciplines and technical areas. The qualifications offer strands in Accounting, Finance, Health & Safety Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, People Development & Coordination or Project Management. Block courses may be arranged as per expressions of interest.
