The Master of Project Management (MPM) program equips graduates and professionals from any discipline to become evidence-based decision makers, innovative problem solvers, responsible social citizens, and future leaders. The MPM program provides specialised knowledge and skills in the area of project management, and can be tailored to include a second specialisation.

Upon successful completion, students will have the skills and knowledge to: initiate, plan, execute, control, evaluate and close projects to deliver agreed scope within time and budget constraints; report and explain project status to a range of stakeholder audiences; explain the links between projects, business outcomes and organisational strategy; manage and lead projects, including those that are complex and involve organisational change; and, articulate the relationship between theory, including contemporary research in project management, and best practice.
