You will earn a graduate certificate in teacher leadership and mentorship from the University of the Fraser Valley, and you will be invited to convocate at UFV's annual ceremonies in June. An agreement is in place whereby students will receive credits to wards a Master of Educational Leadership and Management degree at Royal Roads University. Arrangements have also been made to provide additional UFV theme-based courses to allow those teachers who do not wish to complete a Master's degree to go on to earn a total of 30 credits to advance toward the next TQS step.
