Further your science degree by developing your knowledge of the science of food with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) (Nutrition and Food Sciences). This additional fourth year of study prepares you for postgraduate studies. You will develop skills in: working independently critical analysis of information problem-solving devising, designing and conducting experimental work written and oral communication. Students complete a research project including two oral presentations, a literature review and the project thesis.
