New Zealand Certificate in Baking (Generalist) (Level 4)

Course Description

This one year programme teaches you the fundamentals of commercial baking in our purpose-built kitchens. You'll learn craft baking skills, food safety, kitchen operations, and the production of baking for commercial sale. Working in teams, you’ll learn to produce good quality cakes, bread, biscuits, pies and other baked goods which will be sold in our on-site café to real customers.
