The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge of kitchen commodities and terminology, and the skills to prepare and cook a variety of egg dishes. Students will also have the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in customer and food service within a food service operation. This course includes NZQA unit standards 13281 and 13314 and City & Guilds 7065-32 334
