Course Description

The aim of this course is to provide students with the skills and knowledge required to provide service in a café restaurant environment. Students will gain experience in preparing and clearing tables, providing table service, personal presentation, customer service awareness and techniques, and processing customer payments.This course includes NZQA unit standards 64, 14433, 14434, 14436, 14462 and 14464.
